This is a good and responsive ¾ violin in excellent condition.

It is labelled DY, designed in New York, USA, but is probably of Chinese origin, made around 1990.

The top is of good tone spruce and the back, ribs, neck and scroll are of well-chosen material. The varnish is an attractive dark brown.
